Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company, is seeking a Spectrum Manger to join our dynamic team out at Fort Irwin, CA.

 The National Training Center’s Information Office (G6) oversees the planning and coordinating of the Senior Commander’s Administrative Control (ADCON)/Title 10 responsibilities as it relates to Command, Control, Communications and Computer C4/Information Management. We are seeking an applicant with experience working at a Combat Training Center as a Spectrum Manger.

The applicant must have the professional knowledge and experience to include an understanding of Frequency/Spectrum Management, Electronic Warfare coordination and National-level coordination of the same. The applicant must be able to address all aspects of C4ISR, instrumentation and training tactical networks in support of rotational training units and develop and present briefings.

Required Skills
  • Knowledge and experience coordinating with subordinate command Electronic Warfare Officers (EWOs) in order to coordinate Electronic Warfare / Electronic attack with appropriate local and national agencies.
  • Capable of developing test plans for Electronic Warfare / Electronic Attack (EW/EA) missions and oversee the implementation of local missions.
  • Assist the G6 staff in validating local and national coordination for all Electronic Counter Measures activities at the NTC, as defined in CJCSM 105-86, Performing Electronic Countermeasures in the United States and Canada. Can create and deliver EMC studies as needed.
  • Graduate of either the U.S. Army’s or the U.S. Air Force’s Spectrum Management Course.

Required Experience
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must possess/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Possess two years' experience preparing Frequency Management operating frequencies for DoD.

Desired Education:

Associates' Degree in any discipline.
