Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Technology Solutions Company is looking for a Senior Analyst who has significance analysis experience with Lean Six Sigma DMAIC procedures in the accomplishment of one or more highly critical transportation functional operation such as development, publication and implementation of procedures and written guidance to mitigate a material weakness. The Candidate must be able to effectively and efficiently coordinate the use of business information technology and resources, improve process performance, and recommend strategies to meet client objectives. Must be able to identify errors and process issues to develop/recommend and/or implement corrective measures in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Provides expert management, analytical, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, and have experience interfacing with high-level Government management and staff.

Proven ability to interpret client requirements, work as a team to meet all milestones construct, analyze daily and ad-hoc reports; communicate with stakeholders, program manager, and to resolve issues in a timely manner; and be able to meet required deliverables and deadlines.

A high degree of skill in analyzing continuity of efforts in attaining mitigation of a material weakness.

Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of DoD financial systems and transportation processes.

  • Experience with GFEBS and legacy migrations to ERP systems is preferred
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Certification: Accounting - Related Certification (CPA, CIA, CDFM, CFM, PMP)
  • 3-5 years of professional DoD financial and transportation related experience
  • 1-2 years of DoD Audit Readiness experience
  • Work experience with Lean Six Sigma process implementation
