Job Description

SPEAR, A CALIBRE Company is seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team! This position will work within our team to help customers modernize operations by integrating software automations and process integration across applications and systems. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of implementing automation solutions from requirements gathering and process documentation to development, testing and deployment of RPA solutions. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support internal and external customers by developing, testing and deploying automation solutions using UiPATH RPA.
  • Work with customers to ensure that specifications are appropriately detailed to allow proper workflow design.
  • Develop and document the design of the automated workflow.
  • Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data.
  • Participating in functional testing. Working with the business to document changes to current business practices and assist in process re-engineering and change management planning efforts.


Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills.
  • Experience with automated testing concepts and/or tools.
  • Experience in any RDBMS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
  • Hands on RPA Development experience preferably using UiPATH.
  • Previous experience with a software configuration management system (subversion, git, hub, cvs, chef, puppet, SCCM, etc.).

Desired Certifications:

  • UiPATH Developer Certification, highly desired.
  • UiPATH related, or equivalent certifications, desired.
