Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Technology Solutions Company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruiter will support CALIBRE’s strategic growth initiative through the full-life cycle recruiting process.

  • Bring a creative approach to recruiting using internet and social media sources.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine best qualified applicants based on specific job qualifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, and professional organizations to help identify and source qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Research career fair opportunities and represent the company at career fairs.
  • Respond to data requests from State and Federal employment agencies. Collect data for AAP preparation.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic recruiting data and maintain employment statistics to fully assess successful recruiting sources.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of two years of Recruiting experience.
  • Have experience recruiting for a government contractor
  • Familiarity with AAP.
  • Have working knowledge of recruiting theory, trends and regulations.
  • Be able to work independently, be extremely organized, have good communication skills, pay attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks with great follow through.
  • Be able to handle confidential issues in a discreet manner.
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ATS system.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred. (other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
