Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Technology Services Company is looking for a Program Manager to work at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in support of the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) IDIQ. The Program Manager will be responsible for contract compliance and will work directly with senior leadership for both internal and external stakeholders. The Program manager will be the primary interface with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO) and will be required to attend all status meetings and ad hoc stakeholder meetings as required.

Job Requirements

  • Understands Field Artillery maneuver and gunnery doctrine at all skill levels from individual to collective
  • Understands the capability development process and nuances of the task at Fort Sill, OK
  • Understands the doctrine development process and the nuances of the task at Fort Sill, OK
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Monitor the execution of projects tasks, including but not limited to: project scheduling, planning, resource allocation, status reporting, managing resources
  • Review program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness to determine if the program is proceeding according to plan and on-target to meet stated goals and objectives
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Masters Degree (preferred)
  • Ten years of experience in the management of projects or programs of similar size
  • Army War College Graduate (preferred)
  • Professional certification (PMP) preferred
  • Two or more years performing capability development efforts at CDID and/or ARCIC experience
  • Successful Battalion Command experience
