Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company is looking for an experienced Military Analyst to analyze, assess, and integrate Training, Leadership and Education requirements (TL&E) in support of missions encompassed in TRADOC TASKORD IN120441, and Mission Analysis of Training Integration Task Force recommendations. The Analysts will integrate Training and Education (T&E) requirements into Capabilities Development Products and Processes and focus on the integration of Training, Leadership and Education (TL&E) into Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and other ARCIC processes. The Analyst must have demonstrated past performance specifically within the Capabilities Needs Analysis (CNA) for integration within the training domain.

  • Analyze and assess the Army Concept Framework documents, the Army Campaign Plan, and individual and collective training strategies to determine and assist in documenting training support capabilities required across the training domains.
  • Conduct analyses to support integrating CNA results into the Army prioritization and decision making processes.
  • Assess risks associated with identified training support capability gaps and assist in risk mitigation through the development of viable courses of action to reduce or eliminate training readiness impacts.
  • Develop and coordinate Training Domain capabilities and related actions for the CNA process and input products into the CNA database.
  • Provide support for Training Domain integration into the other Assessments (Warfighting Challenge, Formation and Functional/Capability Based Assessments) conducted during the CNA cycle.
  • Attend CNA meetings, wargames, and other events as required to accomplish CNA requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • Six years of demonstrated experience providing training and training support services to the DoD training community.

Required Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
  • Experience is directly related to analyzing training support and training and education requirements across the DoD training domains (operational, institutional, and self-development).
  • Experience with CNA process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficient in time management/priority setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Up to 25% travel.
