Job Description

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for an Installation & Infrastructure Support Subject Matter Expert with senior technical, policy, and program management support expertise with the Headquarters Department of Army, Installation Management Command, and other high-ranking Army officials, as well as CALIBRE leadership. Candidate will possess senior level expertise, skills, and ability to support ongoing CALIBRE activities including legacy management and transformation, infrastructure analyses, capacity and value analyses, energy resilience, and environmental protection.

Candidate will also support proposal development, including capture activities and have a record of winning new work, consistently, and over multiple years. Candidate will lead and support identified pursuits in the Defense and Federal Civilian market spaces, develop winning bids, support teaming arrangements, and brief senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have superb attention to detail, a strong grasp of process, and have a track record of winning new business.



Required Skills
  • Possess senior level expertise supporting HQDA and/or various Army Commands
  • Possess subject matter expertise in Army technical, policy, and program management supporting legacy management and transformation, infrastructure analyses, capacity, and value analyses, energy resilience, and environmental protection
  • Have a thorough knowledge of federal acquisition/procurement and contract management practices, to include understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Possess and display high ethical and business standards
  • Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Office, in particular Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Trained in the Shipley Capture and Proposal processes or equivalent processes
  • Ability to work within and foster a positive, collaborative work environment, demonstrate a professional attitude, and meet established goals and responsibilities while working in cooperation with colleagues


Required Experience

Ten years Senior Army Leadership experience, including support of transformation and redesign.
