Job Description

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Services company, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will support the U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives and the U.S. Air Force Office of Energy Assurance. The team supported provides technical expertise to Government decision makers for energy program requirements, interpretation, and development of program guidance, and assists with development of policy/guidance for energy program planning and evaluation.

The Business Operations Analyst will support various business operations requirements, including:

  • Development/update of standard operating procedures, policy, process, and metrics development;
  • Tracking renewable and alternative energy goals;
  • Developing strategic partnerships;
  • Documenting best practices and lessons learned;
  • Collaborating with DoD agencies;
  • Knowledge management;
  • SharePoint records management;
  • Development of strategy, white papers, presentations (including monthly senior leadership briefing and weekly staff meeting);
  • Handling of internal/external audits;
  • Periodic organization performance reviews;
  • Performing gap assessments;
  • Tracking and/or responding to headquarters taskers/inquiries;
  • Assemble/coordinate travel & conference approval packages; and
  • Process travel vouchers.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Work will be conducted with minimal supervision and selected applicant must have demonstrated independent problem-resolution skills.
Required Experience
  • Experience with renewable energy project development, DoD and other Federal Agency programs, business analytics / data visualization, and strategic integration;
  • Experience working with Army and Air Force executive organizations, is preferred;
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, project-centric environment.
