Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Technology Solutions Company, is seeking a Force Manager to conduct the full-spectrum of force management, force development, and capabilities integration activities.

Tasks include:

  • Perform force development functions in support of the Total Army.
  • Conduct the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
  • Review JCIDS documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in the Army and Joint capabilities forums.
  • Develop spreadsheets.
  • Develop briefings.
  • Prepare information and decision papers.
  • Attend meetings and forums.
  • Contribute to the team’s tasks.

Required Experience

Candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Must hold a SECRET Clearance
  • Three years experience performing force development functions in HQDA.
  • Eight years experience performing force development functions.
