Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned management and Technology Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Executive Organizational Analyst who will support the USAFMSA (United States Army Force Management Support Agency) mission. This position is contingent upon federal contract award.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
  • Identifying risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution.
  • Reviewing and managing contractual obligations of the parties and providing continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Maintaining a daily log, provided weekly and monthly in a consolidated report to the COR. The daily log will contain all actions conducted within the tasks assigned from the PWS.
  • Ensuring all written reports are submitted for each assigned area.
  • Performing statistical analysis where applicable to substantiate findings and recommendations.
  • Submitting all draft documents, working papers, notes, technical information, computer media and computer printouts when submitting the final report.
  • Preparing and disseminating information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
  • Consulting and escalating to a senior director, of contractual, business or CM positioning issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner.
  • Implementing of CM processes.
  • Managing daily workload of assigned Contract Management personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the contract management function.
  • Acting as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Overseeing assigned Contract Management, project or business personnel adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance; developing and integrating contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement.
  • Owning tough issues and utilizing knowledge of situational dynamics to establish personal engagement strategy.
  • Shaping the opinions of key stakeholders and negotiating skillfully to create the best outcome possible.
  • Balancing competing priorities of constituencies as compared to business needs and using astute judgment as to when to seek executive level direction.
  • Executing full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
  • Providing data collection, analysis, data management to accurately brief executive leadership.

Required Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

  • Must understand Army Force Management contract tasks and deliverables, and establish internal performance metrics, and measure progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the USAFMSA leadership.
  • Proficient in business management, contract management, and customer relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple organizations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to complete tasks as assigned.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in team settings.

Required Experience
  • Must hold/maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Fifteen years of experience with Government contracts to include executive level briefings, briefing of all team deliverables, demonstrate contract cost, schedule, and performance metrics, present monthly billing highlights, and conduct meetings with the COR concerning contract management topics.
