Job Description

CALIBRE, an employee-owned management and Technology Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Executive Organizational Analyst to support the USAFMSA (United States Army Force Management Support Agency) mission. This position is contingent upon federal contract award.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards during the development and approval of organizational models and requirements.
  • Providing expertise in Army Force Management, combat developments, and organizational documentation, manpower analysis including work center development and review, staffing standards and the impact on the organization under review as a key product in the organizational assessments.
  • Providing General Officer (GO) and/or Senior Executive (SE) level written and oral presentations. 


Required Skills

  • Must be knowledgeable in application of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards during the development and approval of organizational models and requirements.
  • Proficient with Business management, contract management, and customer relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple organizations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to complete tasks as assigned.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in team settings.



Required Experience
  • Must hold/maintain Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Fifteen years’ experience in force management, force development and documentation.
  • Experience in proven leadership positions demonstrating expertise in Army FM, combat developments, and organizational documentation, manpower analysis including work center development and review, staffing standards and the impact on the organization under review as a key product in the organizational assessments.
  • Must have ten years of experience in generating General Officer (GO) and/or Senior Executive (SE) level written and oral presentations.
  • Must have ten years of experience briefing at the GO and SE level.
  • Must have ten years' force management expertise and experience with evaluating and proposing the appropriate size and structure of GO and/or SE organizations.
