Job Description

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions company, is looking for a Division Project Controller. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and updating project forecasts and utilization, and assists with project controls by reviewing Job Summary Reports (JSRs) and reconciling any errors for the Finance Performance & Logistics (FPL) Division.
  • Supports cost management by tracking indirect cost variances.
  • Compiles and prepares budgeting and planning data, including Balanced Scorecards (BSCs) baselines and checkpoints, and performs quality assurance.
  • Updates contract status reports and helps maintain project repositories in SharePoint.
  • Updates, maintains, and helps grow the pipeline by qualifying new federal opportunities from various opportunity intelligence websites (such as GovWin), tracking qualified opportunities, and seeing pursued opportunities through their multiple stages from solicitation to award.
  • Maintains a strong level of familiarity with current and potential pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintains Opportunity Tracking System (OTS) to manage opportunities and is a designated super user and OTS working group representative for the FPL Division.
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
  • Serves as a Division point of contact for the summer intern program, develops job requirements, selects candidates, and conducts interviews.
  • Conducts ad hoc research and analysis to assist project and program managers.
  • Assists with overall Division administrative activities, such as compiling training plans and responding to various corporate data calls.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or a related business area from an accredited college / university.
  • An Associate’s Degree with 4-5 years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
