CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company is seeking a Director of Corporate Security Programs (CSP) / Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our dynamic team! This leadership position is responsible for the successful execution and oversight of the CSP mission and staff in support of and reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources. The Director, Corporate Security Programs will also serve as the company FSO.

As a working Director and FSO this position will require demonstrated subject matter expertise in industrial security in support of all National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) compliance and other security related responsibilities. The Director will proactively provide guidance and interact with internal and external customers, corporate leadership and management, business development, operations and other corporate functional support organizations.

Job Requirements


- Manage the administration and enforcement of Security Policies and Procedures (SPPs)

- Maintain all security documentation in accordance with Defense Security Service (DSS) requirements

- Maintain compliance with federal security requirements (i.e. NISPOM) and federal and contract specific security requirements

- Provide information, guidance and instruction to employees on the completion of required security forms and documents

- Review, process and verify facility and personnel security clearances and requests

- Prepare access and visit authorization requests, government site badge requests, and Common Access Card (CAC) requests

- Administer security awareness and training programs, and self-inspections

- Conduct employee briefings, exit interviews, and debriefings

- Identify, manage, and protect company from risk, and investigate and report on security violations and incident reports

- Serve as Chair of the Insider Threat Working Group

- Prepare necessary paperwork and support Defense Security Service (DSS) investigations, audits and inquiries

- Maintain a positive working relationship with assigned DSS Industrial Security Representative

- Review issued DD254s and prepare DD254s for subcontractors

- Provide leadership and direction within the Directorate to include supervision, retention, mentoring, training and development of staff in support of corporate goals and objectives

Required Experience

Required Skills:

- Highly motivated with good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

- Professional maturity, strong leadership skills and proven experience in building/managing teams and motivating staff at all levels

- Good analytical, and reasoning skills as well as the ability to create communications based on the corporate strategic mission

- Ability to operate independently and in a team environment to communicate effectively with technical staff, peers, management and with customers

- Persuasive and professional verbal and written skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using the standard MS Office programs including MS SharePoint

Required Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of progressively complex, relevant industrial security experience; supervisory experience; or demonstrated knowledge to the same

- Top Secret security clearance

- Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of NISPOM and federal industrial security requirements

- Proficient in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD), and Army Centralized Contractor and Security (ACCS) databases and systems

- Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of standard TS/SCI processes within the Intelligence Community (IC)

- Experience providing SCIF security duties, including but not limited to: accreditation, access control, alarms, combinations, and vendor support

- Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification a plus

EDUCATION: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
