CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Analyst Lead.

The Cybersecurity Program Analyst Lead provides technical support and serves as the Cybersecurity/Information Assurance technical subject matter expert in the deployment and integration of gaming technologies, simulation systems, and Army Mission Command systems. The Cybersecurity Program Analyst Lead performs a variety of broad, multi-tier Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense functions, including audit/inspection, infrastructure support, certification and accreditation, vulnerability management, detection, and response support. The Cybersecurity Program Analyst Lead supports identifying current security infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and defines future security requirements. This support includes technical assistance to gain and maintain an Authority to Operate in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-2, AR 380-5, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01, DoDI 8500.2 and the Department of Army-produced Best Business Practices. The Cybersecurity Program Analyst Lead supports the review of various Information Technology (IT) security documentation to identify gaps between documentation and IT Security policy and governance; assists the customer with interpreting security policies and procedures; and defines and documents security assessment boundaries.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possesses and maintains an interim or active SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Possesses a Department of Defense (DoD) approved Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II certification [CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)].
  • Complies with and meets Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT II) Certification requirements as specified in 05-PR-M-0002, Information Assurance Best Business Practice (IA BBP), Information Assurance (IA) training and certification, as updated, i.e. Security + and completes Computing Environment (CE) certification and/or completion of training for primary area of support, (e.g. Cisco, Linux, Microsoft, VMware, etc.).
Required Experience
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses knowledge in Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements and accreditation procedures.
