CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions company, is looking for an Analytics and Intelligence Analyst (Mid-Level) to support operations at a Department of the Army Intelligence Command (INSCOM) Mission Command Center (IMCC), Regional Support Cell (RSC).

The Analytics and Intelligence Analyst supports the customer in gaining and maintaining situational awareness and understanding of the operational environment by leveraging all-source intelligence reporting, open source tool sets, and finished intelligence products. Analytics and Intelligence Analyst organizes, analyzes, and develops reliable intelligence products necessary to aid situational understanding, support the development of plans and orders, and answer information requirements that have immediate or potential impact on the client’s global intelligence operations, personnel and capabilities, and enhance situational understanding. Analytics and Intelligence Analyst consolidates, combines, and correlates information to deliver global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making and execution of client missions.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide All Source Analytical and Intelligence Support focused on answering Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of ongoing global operations, emerging situations and planning efforts for near-, mid-, and long-term efforts, to help decision makers understand the threat to U.S. forces;
  • Conduct continuous mission analysis of external and internal requirements and taskings utilizing the Operations process and client SOP;
  • Conduct limited intelligence analysis required to support activities of the IMCC, Regional Support Cell, Current Operations Support Cell, and Future Operations teams;
  • Provide support in the development and preparation of input and products for inclusion in the client’s Common Operating Picture (COP) and for inclusion in other electronic data repositories, databases or electronic holdings;
  • Assist in the establishment of a predictive analytics capability to produce charts, tables, and graphs to support stakeholders' reporting requirements;
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop and implement predictive models;
  • Collaborate with team members to proactively identify key indicators, validate results and monitor success and report outcome of the analytical efforts;
  • Conduct data mining, analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and dissemination of information on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, or scientific conditions, and trends and forces in areas that directly and indirectly affect client organizations or their operational environment;
  • Anticipate customer and stakeholder intelligence needs through the identification of information gaps associated with threats and trends analysis and develop supporting products;
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of foreign and domestic threats and provide updates during recurring battle rhythm events; and
  • Assist in planning and establishing short and long-range collection requirements, and assess unforeseen developments, new phenomena, and difficulties encountered and recommend changes in direction and approach impacting those requirements.

Required Skills
  • 12 years’ experience working all-source intelligence analysis and support to operations with inter-agency and allied partner;
  • Eight (8) years’ experience working military plans and operations processes;
  • Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff section NCOIC, or as a primary staff section warrant officer;
  • Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and data analysis;
  • Experience with intelligence operational production, exploitation, and dissemination, with and working knowledge of the five paragraph operations order format;
  • Experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation;
  • Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices in network intelligence analysis, F3EA process, and skills in applying this knowledge;
  • Knowledge and expertise with the intelligence and operational cycles, and the data, tools, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and analytic process used for each phase of targeting;
  • Knowledge of DOD and Federal Agencies networks, data, work products, intelligence analysis tools in support of intelligence operations;
  • Knowledge of foreign entities, political structure, economic systems, social structures, and information networks;
  • Familiar with current Intelligence Community databases and tools;
  • Ability to prepare and deliver technical and non-technical information and instructional briefings and other training to team members and government personnel.  

Required Experience
  • Must be a US Citizen;
  • Possess and maintain an active/current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; exceptional relevant military or intelligence analysis experience may be accepted on a case-by-case basis;
  • Graduate from a service mid-level Intelligence Officer Career Course, Warrant Officer Advance Course (WOAC), senior NCO career course, or similar PME;
