Business Systems Analyst

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a fulltime Business Systems Analyst for time and attendance programs in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Chambersburg, PA. Tasks include:

• Execute contract labor accounting code structures in Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) for DWCF Computing and Telecom Portfolios and the General Fund DISA workforce.
• Establish and close tasks, job order numbers, and organization codes in ATAPS to include changes required by reorganization within DISA.
• Analyze the system and identify errors and distribute to the appropriate organization for action. Monitor corrective actions and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure requests for ATAAPS contractor labor changes are made in an accurate and timely manner.
• Facilitate year-end closeout and new Fiscal Year startup ATAAPS processes. Closely monitor the final posting and reconciliation of data within non-labor, Customer Funds, Labor and Property accounting processing. Provide support in the conversion of accounting code tables within Financial Accounting and Management Information System (FAMIS-CS-Mod) at the end of each Fiscal Year.

Position is primarily executed remotely but the candidate must reside within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA

Required Skills

·       Prior work experience in the Department of Defense

·       Bachelors of Science Degree (desired)

·       Candidate must be a U.S. citizen

·       Candidate should currently have a Secret clearance or have an investigation for a clearance within the past 3 years

·       Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA

required Experience

·       Experience in data analysis and the application of analytical tools to include Excel and the use of pivot tables

·       Experience with ATAAPS (desired)
