CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a highly motivated Privacy Preserving Record Linkage Automation (PPRLA) Project Manager to support a federal client. This role will direct day-to-day execution of PPRLA workstreams, ensuring delivery of secure, high-quality, and scalable linkage solutions.
The Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, resources, and team performance while coordinating technical activities across algorithm development, validation, reporting, and system enhancements. This position requires strong experience in data linkage methodologies, AI/ML-enabled systems, and federal data security environments.
Location: Rockville, MD (Onsite – 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20857)
Required Skills
- Experience managing technical projects across scope, schedule, resources, and quality
- Strong knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, including PPRL
- Experience with statistical analysis and evaluation of linkage quality and algorithm performance
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems and advanced analytics workflows
- Knowledge of federal and NIH security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with risk identification, mitigation, and performance tracking
required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects of similar size and complexity
- 5+ years of technical experience in data linkage, analytics, AI/ML systems, or secure data environments
- Technical background sufficient to manage linkage production activities across diverse technologies
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing machine learning or advanced analytics systems
- Familiarity with FISMA Moderate environments or ATO processes
- Experience coordinating teams delivering algorithm-centric solutions
- Experience supporting secure data transfer and encryption workflows
