CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company.  We are seeking a Program Analyst to work as part of a team that analyzes data involved in the tracking of fielded Army weapons and materiel systems and developing operating and support costs for systems to be used in the Army cost analysis and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate has technical skills to query data,  is a subject matter expert in one or more of following areas of Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (GCSS-A, LMP, VANTAGE, ADVANA, GFEBS, FMSWEB,GFMS), Force structure, Army logistics, Weapon System Life Cycle costs, understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) processes or the Operating and Support (O&S) Costs.

Required Skills

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support requirements and metrics development, definition, data quality assessment, and strategic analysis.  
  • Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, recommendations, and reports.
  • Role includes programming, data querying and cost factor development
  • Assist in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation and deliverables and translate data into useful strategic and tactical insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Responsible for Assisting with preparing informative briefings, attending meetings, and demonstrating knowledge in Army logistics concepts (maintenance and supply), programs and initiatives, cost management and analysis experience supporting defense programs and the O&S Costs.
  • Perform administrative tasks directly in support of internal or customer-focused program/project processing, such as maintaining documentation, project timelines, gathering requirements and implementing into deliverables, gathering data and updating programs and providing project/program status reports
  • Typically assists with updating databases managers with developing, documenting, implementing, and tracking project/program procedures. 
  • Conduct Validation and Verification (V&V) checks
  • Work tasks both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Able to maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have or be able to obtain CompTIA Security+ withing the first 60 to 90 days
  • Strong communication and computer skills with an interest in data visualization tools and continuing to learn.

required Experience

  • BS Degree,
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant professional work experience  

Preferred Experience:

  • PPBE Experience, CDFM
  • Military Experience
  • Experience with Army Logistics policies and data
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Currently have or recently held a Secret Security Clearance
  • Currently have a CompTia Sec+
  • Familiar with AWS and have an AWS certification or ability to obtain in first 3 to 5 months
  • Familiar with or experience working in a cloud environment
  • Familiar with or experience with AI
  • Familiar with VANTAGE or ADVANA
  • Technical skills in one or more of following: SQL, Access, Python, Tableau, Qlik, QuickSight, Excel Pivot Tables, AI tools, machine learning, Cypher
  • Familiar with Army property books, weapon systems and fielding of future systems and changes in force structure
