CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company., is seeking a full-time Statistician to provide Human Resources Management System (HRMS) support to the US Army National Guard (USARNG) G-1 by conducting financial analysis of significant, high-risk programs including Marketing, Recruiting, Initial Entry Training, Active Guard Reserve (AGR), and Inactive Duty Training using statistical analysis on commitment, obligation, and disbursement data from USARNG fiscal management systems. The HRMS support program plans, coordinates, and provides analysis for Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resource Retention (HRR), and Human Resource Administration (HRA) Support Services to ensure required continuous capabilities are consistent with established standards, goals, objectives, and available resources.
Required Skills
· Develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information.
· Conduct statistical activities to ensure timeliness and quality of analysis data and statistical outputs.
· Forecast statistical deliverables and represent the statistics function in support of directed studies.
· Provide statistical input for the development of plans, projections, and support contract deliverables.
· Provide accurate, statistically valid deliverables based on study protocols, statistical analysis plans for study reports, or regulatory submission documents.
· Work with the following programs and software in performance of this contract:
o COGNOS PowerPlay and Planner
o Department of the Army (DA) Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) Budget and Accounting systems to include:
o Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS)
o General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
o Resource Manager (RM) Online
o Data Warehouse E-Tracker
o Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
o Resource Builder (RBuilder)
o Director's Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO)
o Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A)
o Reserve Component Management System (RCMS)
o Selected Reserve (SELRES)
o Enterprise Task Management Systems (ETMS2)
· Focus on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program.
· Performs all functional duties independently.
· Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
· Ability to travel within the Continental United States
· Possess a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries
required Experience
· Minimum of five years of experience
· Possess a thorough knowledge of the Army Organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
Required Education:
· MA/MS degree
· May specialize in fields such as economic statistics.
