CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking two (2) Software Developers to provide key personnel support for an upcoming contract supporting the Lifecycle Cost Decision Support (LCDS) and Executive Dashboard Services (EDS) portfolios. These portfolios include a range of applications, modules, and tools requiring ongoing operations, sustainment, and enhancement using modern technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve software issues and respond to enhancement requests.

  • Serve as team lead on development projects, providing technical direction and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user manuals and training materials.

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers.

  • Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design and implement business process models and automation solutions.

  • Integrate and support software using APIs, BPMN tools, and AI-driven solutions compliant with DLA and DoD standards.

  • Apply agile and hybrid development methodologies to ensure flexible and efficient software delivery.

  • Support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) practices for application lifecycle optimization.

 

Required Skills

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant software development experience.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code development models.

  • Proficiency with BPMN tools for business process modeling and automation.

  • Experience using platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex in conjunction with Microsoft SQL Server and .NET environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in agile and hybrid low-code development environments.

  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Appian Certified Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer).

  • Active Secret clearance (must have a favorable Tier 3 (T3) investigation at the time of proposal submission).
