CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position will provide technical support and systems engineering for the analysis, design, integration, installation, testing and lifecycle support of existing systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
• Document internal policies & procedures and build instructions.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently.
Required Skills
required Experience
• Associate’s degree in a related area with at least 2 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area.
• Must have the following certifications:
• AWS SysOps Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management.
• Experience with AWS Cloud hosting.
