CALIBRE Systems, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking to hire a talented Requirements/Business Systems Analyst to support our Army client. This person will be responsible for defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Gathering and documenting Application Development requirements
- Analyze business requirements to identify solutions for stakeholders
- Maintain the application Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Develop and maintain application training documentation
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Highly organized
- Able to work independently and with team members and customers
- Experience using Visual Studio, Azure Dev-ops, or similar tools to track requirements, bugs, and change requests
Required Skills
- Masters Degree AND 10 years experience
- Bachelors Degree AND 12 years experience
- SDLC
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
