CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Senior Level SharePoint Developer to support work at a Federal client site in Quantico, VA. The senior level SharePoint Developer is responsible for analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Server. Provide support to customer on SharePoint issues and problems. Work in conjunction with other Team members to develop the right solution for a given problem. 

 

Major Duties Responsibilities:

  • Modernize their data systems primarily around SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Working directly with business process owners, translating existing and new requirements to use SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Provide data security through leveraging 365 groups and custom SharePoint permissions to provide granular security.
  • Provide end-to-end service customer success from gathering requirements, developing pro-types, testing and moving projects to production.
  • Gather requirements from users, build/design/implement the functionality within the SharePoint Portfolio.
  • Use Power BI, Power Automate, Designer, custom forms

Required Skills

  • Requires experience in SharePoint content management and development.
  • Requires experience in SharePoint On-line
  • 10 + years in SharePoint Content Development experience
  • IAT‐II Security certification (minimum): Security+
  • Identify Access Management (IAM)
  • SQL experience
  • Agile experience
  • Microsoft Power Suite

required Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer
  • Must have hands-on working knowledge of consuming Web Services using SOAP, REST, JSON
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills

One of the five certifications are required:

  • MCSE/MCSA SharePoint 2016/2019
  • Microsoft Certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Admin Associate (AZ-800, AZ-801)
  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
  • Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of Office 365 architecture, power apps 
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2016 and/or SharePoint Online
  • Working knowledge of integrating third party tools like Nintex, Metalogix etc
  • Experience with SP app model
  • Working knowledge of InfoPath 2010 and when to use InfoPath over SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Advanced features of SharePoint 2010 (i.e. Excel Services, BCS, Enterprise Search, Usage Reporting, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of C#.Net or VB.Net, Visual Studio 2Kx, SharePoint Object Model, Web Services, XML
  • Working knowledge of interoperability of SharePoint and other Office 2010 products.
  • Working knowledge of interoperability of SharePoint and other Office 2013 products
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio Team System (VSTS)
