CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management and Digital Transformation company is seeking an experienced Sr. Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Army in Kuwait. The successful candidate will have expertise in Property Book operations and will support tactical and operational headquarters in Kuwait with property accountability and report development using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. 
 
Position Overview: 

As a Sr. Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting tactical and operational headquarters in Kuwait with property accountability and report development using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. Your expertise in Property Book operations will enable you to provide comprehensive support and training to CJTF-OIR units within the GCSS-Army solution framework. 

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to senior tactical and operational leadership and staff on property accountability issues and trends. You will analyze complex logistical issues using GCSS-Army, AESIP/LIW, DST, and other DoD systems, and develop recommendations for reports to help senior leaders and managers visualize property accountability issues and trends. Your expertise will also be leveraged to lead the implementation of new views and reports with the Business Intelligence team, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of data analytics. 

As a Sr. Logistics Analyst, you will be part of a highly qualified team of functional and technical experts supporting a Government client in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, think critically, and solve complex problems will be essential to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide property accountability and report development support to tactical and operational headquarters in Kuwait 

  • Brief senior tactical and operational leadership and staff on property accountability issues and trends 

  • Analyze logistical issues using GCSS-Army, AESIP/LIW, DST, and other DoD systems 

  • Develop recommendations for reports to help senior leaders and managers visualize property accountability issues and trends 

  • Lead the implementation of new views and reports with the Business Intelligence team 

  • Collaborate with a highly qualified team of functional and technical experts supporting a Government client in a fast-paced environment 
     

Required Skills

  • Active Secret clearance 

  • 7-10 years of experience with Army property book logistical systems 

  • Solid understanding of Army logistics data and systems, including AESIP, GCSS-Army, DST, and other logistical systems used by the military 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 

  • Ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP extensively 

  • Understanding of deployed Army structures and familiarity with Army policies 

  • Good teamwork skills and ability to interact with other team members 

  • Ability to brief and interact with Army senior leaders 

required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7-10 years of related experience 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certification or extensive training in the required areas for GCSS-Army system access 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
