CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Manpower Analyst(s) to support DASA (PPR) and USAMMA. The Manpower Analyst will provide expert manpower technical and analytical support to DASA (PPR) and USAMAA in the analysis and development of manpower models which will enable commands to develop predictive manpower requirements for Army acquisition functions. Data collection and analysis will be performed to determine the minimum requirements that are necessary to accomplish their assigned mission and to support the validation of their missions, functions, tasks, workload, and staffing needs.

Tasks include:

  • Apply methods for identifying, analyzing, and forecasting workload.
  • Review the relevance of mission, workload, and manpower data using the appropriate approved Army techniques dictated by USAMAA.
  • Serve as a consultant and technical support to senior Government subject matter experts.
  • Conducting analysis and assessment on strategic documents, capability gaps and supporting studies.
  • Collect data through various means such as surveys, focus groups, meetings, interviews, and spreadsheets.

Required Skills

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Must possess proven analytical and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task across concurrent initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Must have experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience preparing detailed written reports and briefings suitable for presentation to senior level military and corporate leadership, as well as present material orally.
  • Serves as functional expert for the description, design, development, and fielding of predictive manpower models.

required Experience

  • Three years’ experience in manpower studies, to include conducting functional workload reviews, performing workload measurements, analyzing measurement data, and computing manpower requirements.
  • Three years’ experience in US Army organizational structures, manpower regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Preferred Education:

  • Graduate of CGSC or ILE if former military officer, commensurate Professional Military Education if former military Warrant, Enlisted or Civil Service.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
