Readiness Analyst

CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company is looking for a qualified individual to join our Readiness Team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting readiness analysis for ground and air fleets in alignment with the Readiness Model and Global Force Management (GFM) pursuant to AR 525–30. You will assist with oversight of logistics policies and procedures for equipment readiness, coordinate sustainment tenet policies and procedures worldwide, and provide essential support and analysis to Sustainment Enterprise organizations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to known and contingency operations worldwide, shaping Readiness Objectives and supporting the Army Staff in materiel readiness assessments.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Perform readiness analysis for ground and air fleet operations, adhering to the Readiness Model and Global Force Management guidelines.

· Assist with oversight of logistics policies and procedures for equipment readiness, including coordination of sustainment tenet policies and procedures worldwide.

· Provide support and analysis to Sustainment Enterprise organizations, comparing training to Readiness Models to establish Readiness Objectives.

· Participate in the Readiness Working Group and contribute to the development of Readiness Objectives through the Sustainable Readiness program.

· Conduct research and analysis through various sources, including policies, enterprise systems, and forums.

· Review and provide technical assessments and comments on planned and unplanned readiness requirements according to Readiness Objectives.

· Prepare deliverables to document research and analysis results, including reports, briefings, and papers.

· Support the preparation of executive forums and boards for ODCS, G-4 leadership, including preparation sessions, read-ahead material, and agenda topics.

· Analyze measures and indicators from all Army organizations within the Sustainment Strategic Readiness Tenet (SRT), coordinating with ODCS, G-3/5/7 as required.

Required Skills

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

· Previous experience in readiness analysis or related fields preferred.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Active DoD Secret clearance required.
