CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Services company, is looking for an Administrative Professional / Office Manager to support a combination of U.S. Army Office.  The Administrative Professional / Office Manager will provide day-to-day support to senior leaders.

  • Administrative skills, at a level such that work can be conducted with minimal supervision, includes the following:
    • updating personnel rosters and organization charts
    • setting up cubicles/office space for incoming team members
    • ordering and maintaining office supplies
    • disposing of burn bags
    • conference room scheduling
    • greeting/escorting visitors
    • answering/screening phone calls and taking messages
    • scheduling appointments
    • preparing correspondence electronically and in hard-copy utilizing proper Army/Air Force format
    • delivering/retrieving documents/packages
    • assisting with travel order/vouchers/reservations
    • coordinating with building facilities/security to ensure compliance with policy and emergency evacuation procedures
  • Provides basic information technology support and basic troubleshooting for office equipment including conference room audio/visual equipment, desk telephones, printer mapping, computer hardware and software, and office copiers
  • Demonstrates excellent organization, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Works collaboratively to promote a team environment
  • Works independently, coordinating and completing project activities with internal and external stakeholders and overcoming obstacles
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
