CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the Executive Director of Army Office of Energy Initiatives.

The U.S. Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI) is the central management office for the business case development and execution of large-scale (>10MW) renewable and alternative energy security projects with preferred financing through private capital investment. OEI uses existing Department of Defense (DoD) authorities, including those for power purchase agreements (PPA), enhanced use leases (EUL) and easements, to attract private capital investment.

Selected candidate will serve as a part of the Opportunity Development and Project Execution teams, providing support in assessing viability of potential renewable energy project opportunities. Will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and synthesizing information for key decision briefs.

Performs meeting scheduling and logistics, written correspondence, review of documents for consistency, grammar, and context, work flow management, travel reservations, updating project budgets and schedules, special projects, communication and coordination with staff and senior executive stakeholders.  Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.

required Experience

  • Selected candidate must have experience with project development
  • Experience providing key project support in managing, analyzing, and synthesizing information for key decision briefs.
  • Experience with meeting scheduling and logistics, written correspondence, review of documents for consistency, grammar, and context, work flow management, communication, and coordination with staff and senior executive stakeholders. 
  • Preferred experience working with DoD/Army installation organizations, but not required. Successful candidate must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
