CALIBRE is an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company, looking for a qualified individual to serve as a Force Structure Analyst at the National Capital Region (NCR) Fort Belvoir, VA. The Force Structure Analyst’s primary function is to develop, conduct, manage, integrate, and synchronize Total Army Analysis (TAA) documentation integration and associated documents and tasks.
The Force Structure Analyst's duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide analyses that assess current and future Army force structure to include feasibility, suitability and acceptability within the Army.
- Integrate Army organizational designs from Force Design Update to published authorization documents.
- Integrate force structure actions within major Headquarters Department of the Army processes (Joint Capabilities Development System, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, manning, equipping and stationing and Army Senior Leader guidance.
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations on the Modernization Common Operating Picture and Decision Support Matrix.
- Conduct organizational integration (horizontally and vertically)
- Coordinate reviews and track force structure implications of the Army’s premium / signature modernization programs.
- Write, coordinate, briefings and reports and forward executive summaries, information / decision papers and briefings with ARSTAF, Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, and Direct Reporting Units.
- Participate in Total Army Analysis reviews and decision forums to include the completion of follow-on actions across the ARSTAF.
- Conduct resourcing panels in support of Total Army Analysis efforts.
- Prepare research papers, white papers, reports and briefings as required.
- Staff, coordinate and implement basis of issue plans across the ARSTAF.
- Produce and revise documents that support adjusting Army force structure, tables of distribution and allowances, tables of organization and equipment and modified tables of organization and equipment.
- Conduct synchronous and asynchronous distributed learning when required
Required Skills
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have a SECRET security clearance.
- Three to five years’ experience in FM related processes and systems in an Army organization HQDA, FORSCOM or equivalent command. Or one to three years working at G-3/7 Force Management (to include organizational integrator) or the Force Management Support Agency.
- Must be able to travel locally within the national capital region.
- Must be able and willing to plan, coordinate, integrate, and prepare staffing actions at the high-quality standard of HQDA.
- Must be an expert in the Force Management Process within the U.S. Army and familiar with similar processes at the Department of Defense level. The candidate must be knowledgeable of recent US Army efforts concerning the Army Modernization Enterprise (AME). Additionally, the force structure analyst must be capable of performing multiple related tasks associated with G-3/7 Force Management and the Force Management Support Agency.

- Must be graduate of CGSC or ILE if former military or commensurate Professional Military Education.
- US accredited Masters of Science or Arts / U.S. accredited Bachelors of Science or Arts.
- Graduate of AFMS HTARC / AFMC or FA50Q course; graduate of CGSC / ILE (or equivalent professional military / civilian education) or commensurate experience as a FORSCOM or HQDA organizational integrator.
Required Education:
- Must be graduate of CGSC or ILE if former military or commensurate Professional Military Education.
- US accredited Masters of Science or Arts / U.S. accredited Bachelors of Science or Arts.
